While attending Kansas State I realized I have a strong passion for helping people realize their goals and dreams. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration – Management and Marketing, I first entered the Mortgage industry in 2001 as a loan processor. My desire to help everyone I came in contact with often led me to work directly with Mortgage Underwriters. Working with the Underwriters increased my understanding of what they looked for and how to present a loan, which made the approval process quicker and less stressful to my clients. Taking that knowledge and continually exceeding my goals and clients expectations, I quickly became the Loan Processing Manager and shortly thereafter a Loan Officer. In 2005, I became a Satellite Branch Manager and moved with my family to El Paso. While continuing to pursue my passion of helping others, I realized over time that being locked into the model of one mortgage company did not fit the needs of all the people I was trying to help. El Paso has such a diverse culture; the needs of my customer base were not being met as often as I thought they should. This was the realization that led me to open Insight Mortgage Company. Taking all of the experience and knowledge from working with underwriters, processing and being a loan officer, I am now a Licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator and Broker. I have found that, for my clientele, this business model is far more flexible in obtaining the right mortgage, offering more diverse programs while lowering fees and closing costs. This has been by far the best model for my business and the best for my clients. Insight Mortgage Company, LLC is a dream for me. There is nothing more gratifying than to help someone attain a lifelong goal and I am proud to help those that want to own their own home. It is an honor for me to be a part of your success! Goal: To find the right loan program for my client and their situation. Specialties: -Knowledge of mortgage underwriting guidelines, programs, and the mortgage industry. -New Construction End Loans. -Government Loan Programs: FHA, VA, and USDA Home Loans.
